This Friday, April 4th, Amié La Mort Tattoo Studio in Chipping Sodbury will be hosting a heartfelt fundraising event as part of Project Semicolon — a movement dedicated to mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

For just £20, you can get a semicolon tattoo, a symbol representing hope, resilience, and the decision to keep going when life feels overwhelming. Even more meaningful — 100% of the proceeds go directly to Suicide Prevention UK, a charity supporting individuals in crisis across the country.

This is more than a tattoo — it’s a stand against silence, stigma, and hopelessness. The semicolon is used when a sentence could have ended, but didn’t — just like so many people who choose to continue their story. The money raised from this event will help Suicide Prevention UK continue their lifesaving work, including volunteer patrols at high-risk locations, crisis outreach, and a helpline.
